General Mission 职责概述 Under the unified leadership and management of the human resources department, the human resources coordinator is responsible for assisting the human resources department to complete the work related to the daily affairs,labor relations, maintaining the personnel system and other related personnel work; and is responsible for formulating , Improve and implement the hotels rules and regulations, work procedures and other employee activities. 在人力资源部的统一领导与管理下,人事协调员负责协助部门完成人事板块相关工作,管理与协调部门日常事务、劳动关系、维护人事系统等相关人事工作;并负责协助制订,完善并执行酒店的规章制度,工作程序和其它员工活动。 Main Responsibilities 主要职责 1. Staff records managing and personnel system maintaining, establish the records for new staff members timely to guarantee the record complete. 员工档案管理及人事系统维护,及时为新入职的员工建立个人档案并保证员工档案的完善。 2.Record and manage all kinds of employee leave. 员工各类休假记录与管理。 3.Check and record the attendance of all hotel staff monthly. 每月检查及录入酒店所有员工的考勤情况。 4.Make sure you keep a good supply of stationery and get it when you need it. 确保各种文具备份充足,有需要的时候要立刻申领。 5.Supervise and manage the maintenance of daily office articles in hr department. 监督、管理人力资源部办公日常物品的维护工作。 6.Interact with department and hotel staff in a professional and positive manner to obtain good support, promote team spirit and ensure two-way communication communicate regularly and maintain good working relationships with staff. 使用职业和积极的行为与部门和酒店员工互动以获得好的支持,促进团队精神并保证双向沟通经常与员工沟通并保持良好的工作关系。 8.Make nameplates and work cards for employees. 为员工制作铭牌、工作证。 9.Handle the entry and exit procedures for employees. 为员工办理入离职手续。 10.Assist in checking attendance and hotel rules and regulations. 协助做好出勤及酒店规章制度的检查。 11.Update the staff bulletin board. 更新员工公告栏。 JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求 1. be familiar with labor law and labor contract law. 熟悉劳动法劳动合同法等相关法律法规。 2. Diploma or Above 大专及以上学历 3. be familiar with 6 modules in HR. 熟悉人力资源六大模块。 4. Know personnel procedures and office software well. 熟悉人事流程及熟练操作办公软件。 其他要求 计算机能力:熟练 年龄要求:20-28岁 现居地:成都
