General Mission 职责概述 According to hotel development, plan and organize recruitment, maintain and develop various recruitment channels, ensure staff supply according to demand, reserve the potential staff. 根据酒店业务发展,协助招聘主管制定并组织实施招聘计划,维系和开拓多种招聘渠道,保障需求人员供给,并及时做好人员储备。 Main Responsibilities 主要职责 1. Recruit personnel according to hotel establishment and operational needs. 根据酒店编制及运作需求进行人员招聘。 2. Regularly publish on the designated website to update the recruitment information. 定期在指定网站发布,更新招聘信息。 3. Check emails daily, select resumes, notify interviews and register. 每日查看邮件,甄选简历,通知面试并做好登记。 4. Conduct daily recruitment and arrange interviews. 每日进行日常招聘,安排约定面试。 5. Recruitment, selection, interview, recommendation, placement Background check and offer of the person to be hired. 拟录用人员的背景调查及出Offer。 6. Handle the registration procedures for new employees, including the production and distribution of employee work permits and name cards. 办理新员工的报到手续,包括员工工作证、名牌的制作和发放。 7. Creation, update and management of employee files. 员工档案的建立、更新和管理. 8. Maintain cooperation with the temporary helper agency, and be responsible for the recruitment of temporary helpers in the daily catering department. 与临时帮工中介公司保持合作,负责日常餐饮部临时帮工的招聘。 9. Assist in the management of daily interns and organize interns activities. 协助日常实习生的管理及组织实习生活动。 10. Other task leaders arrange. 领导安排的其他工作。 JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in HR, management or related. 人力资源、管理或相关专业大学本科以上学历。 2. ever be trained in modern HRM technology, law and regulation on labor. 受过现代人力资源管理技术、劳动法律法规等方面的培训。 3. 1years working experience on recruitment. 1年以上企业招聘工作经验。 4. Rich practical experience in talents discovery and introducing, also staff adjustment, staff career planning. 对人才的发现与引进、组织与人员调整、员工职业生涯设计等具有丰富的实践经验。 其他要求 语言能力:英语-良好 计算机能力:良好 现居地:成都
