General Mission 职责概述 Under the leadership and management of the Human Resources Department, responsible for the management of staff dormitories, staff locker rooms, etc., and supervise the dormitory administrators and locker room administrators to strictly implement the hotels rules and regulations, work procedures and other staff activities. 在人力资源部的领导与管理下,负责员工宿舍、员工更衣室等方面的管理工作,并督导宿舍管理员、更衣室管理员严格执行酒店各项规章制度,工作程序和其它员工活动。 Main Responsibilities 主要职责 1. Implement all kinds of regulation of staff dorm, fitting room; improve those constantly assisting. 贯彻执行员工宿舍、员工更衣室的各项管理制度,并使之不断完善,执行酒店员工宿舍及更衣室福利,为员工提供干净、整洁的住宿和更衣室环境。 2. Arrange and inspect daily work of dorm warden and fitting room conservator 安排、检查宿舍管理员及更衣室管理员日常工作。 3. Maintain facilities in staff dorm, fitting room, and security, fire protection, sanitation and energy control. 搞好员工宿舍、更衣室的设备维护保养,治安、消防、卫生、能耗控制等工作。 4. Coordinate security department to perform the security work in dorm, fitting room, inspect if entrance and facilities of dorm, fitting room are unobstructed. If there is any hidden danger, report it immediately. 配合保安部做好宿舍及更衣室的防火防盗工作,定期检查员工宿舍、更衣室消防设施及通道、出入口是否通畅,发现安全隐患及时处理或向上级汇报。 5. Direct dorm warden or personally to offer dorm to new staff, and allocate items related, count the items belonged to hotel for staff quit, make records, issue items requisition form or returned form. 督导宿舍管理员或亲自安排新入职员工住宿及派发用品,清点离职职员工的领用物品并做好记录,并开具领料单或退料单。 6. keep records of all staff who live in dorm and who have fitting wardrobe, if detect any problems, report it to the leader. 负责保管所有住宿及使用更衣柜员工的基本情况,发现问题及时向上级报告。 7. Follow up procedures of maintaining dorm, fitting room, items damage report and supplement etc. 跟进员工宿舍、更衣室的维修、用品报损、补充等工作。 8. put stop to those whose behavior disobey regulation of dorm, fitting room, if there is no avail, then report it immediately and make record. 对违反员工宿舍、更衣室管理的个人和行为进行及时制止,对劝阻无效的及时报告上级并做好记录。 9. Lead warden to clean dorm every day, change items for each staff member, entirely clean weekly. 带领宿舍管理员每天打扫倒班宿舍卫生,做到一客一换,一周一次大清洁。 10. keep good contact with property company, strive for support to dorm work from them. 与物业公司保持良好关系,争取他们对员工宿舍工作上的支持。 11. Strictly execute regulations of hotel, punctuality, never leave duty while working, never do anything which is non-related with work. 严格执行酒店的各项规章制度,准时上下班,上班不得擅离值守。不做与工作无关的事情。 12. Other tasks assigned by department. 完成部门交办的其它工作。 JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求 1. Features are in proportion, decent appearance, and communicative, high organization ability and can sustain pressure. 五官端正,仪表端庄,具备较强的团队沟通协调能力、组织管理能力和抗压能力。 2. Age 30-50 for male; age 30-45 for female 男30岁---50岁;女30岁---45岁。 3. Senior middle school or above, fluent in mandarin. 高中以上学历,普通话流利。 4. 1 year above working experience in five star hotel, or experience in guest room management, know about cost control. 有五星级酒店同职工作经验1年以上,或星级酒店客房部管理工作经验,懂成本控制。 其他要求 语言能力:中国普通话-熟练 计算机能力:一般 年龄要求:30-50岁 现居地:成都
