General Mission 职责概述 Responsible for the coordination of all public area manager work; responsible for ensuring that the public areas of the hotel except for the kitchen, cleaning, maintenance, order and appearance, and according to hotel standards 负责协调所有公共区域的工作;负责确保除了厨房以外,酒店公共区域的清洁、保养、秩序和美观,并符合酒店的标准 Main Responsibilities 主要职责 Maintain a high standard of training in all public service employees 培训所有公共区域员工保持高标准的服务。 1.Co-ordinates with other line department managers in scheduling general cleaning/maintenance of function rooms, lobbies, offices, back-of-the house areas. 与其他部门协调好大清洁的时刻表,包括会议室、大堂、办公室和酒店后台区域 2.Checks daily Function blockings prior to guests’ arrival. 在顾客到达前检查每天的负责区域 3.Checks from time to time all public areas and personnel at work. 随时检查所有公共区域和员工的工作 4.Makes available equipment/cleaning materials generally required for effective output. 确保清洁设备的有效利用 5.Meets with all public area personnel in planning/scheduling general cleaning of public area section as needed. 需要时,和所有公共区域员工商讨公共区域的工作计划 6.Assigns/schedules to staff following the Assistant Executive Housekeeper’s instructions to work/conform with Hotel standards. 根据酒店的标准,按照助理行政管家的指示安排员工 7.Checks all cleaning equipment/cleaning materials if properly utilized/stored. 检查所有的清洁设备是否有得到适当的运用和储存 8.Recommends public area personnel for promotion, transfer, etc. 推荐公共区域员工的提升、转换等 9.Performs other duties which may be assigned within scope of Housekeeping. 履行其他可能在客房部工作范围内的任务 Administrative Responsibilities 行政职责 1.Co-ordinate special projects (eg site rooms, vermin control, window and carpet cleaning, room inventories) 协调特别项目(如参观客房,除虫,窗户和地毯的清洁,客房供应量) 2.Manage all special requests made by guests 处理客人所有的特殊要求 3.Ensure consistency within the department 确保部门内工作的一致性 4.
